By using www.mullycollege.ac.ke, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Mully College, a TVETA-accredited vocational college run by Mully Children's Family (MCF), in Machakos County, Kenya.

This is an informational and admissions website. It publishes information about the College's faculties, courses, admissions requirements, student life, and news, and it offers two forms: a general contact form and an online course application form. It does not sell goods or services, process payments, or offer user accounts to the public.

The College name, logo, and the text, photographs, and course descriptions on this site belong to Mully College / MCF unless otherwise credited. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial use. Reproducing site content elsewhere, or using the College's name or logo, requires the College's prior written permission.

You're responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through /apply or /contact. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission — [MCF TO CONFIRM] the College's actual admission decision process and any appeals procedure, so this section can name it directly rather than leave it generic.

The application fee, where it applies, is described as non-refundable on the Admissions page; see that page and the Fees Structure (once published — see the fees-breakdown-request.md handoff) for current terms.

This site links to MCF's own channels (social media, the student/staff Microsoft 365 portal) and embeds a Google Maps view on the Contact page. The College is not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of those third-party destinations.

This site is provided "as is." The College takes reasonable care to keep information (course details, fees, contact details, dates) accurate and current, but does not guarantee it is error-free at every moment. [MCF TO CONFIRM] any specific liability limitations counsel wants stated here — this section intentionally avoids asserting a legal conclusion on the College's behalf.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. [MCF TO CONFIRM] a preferred dispute-resolution process (e.g. courts of a specific jurisdiction, or an internal grievance step first) if the College wants one stated explicitly.

The College may update these terms as the site changes. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
